Great boiled beetroot in mixer
In a Big Bowl put the grated beetroot masd potato bread ginger garlic paste Garam Masala salt green chilli coriander leaves
Mix all ingredients properly
Take a small size of ball from this dough
Roll it on chopping board or plane surface
Roast these all rolls on tawa with one tablespoon of oil
Keep it all a side after roasting
In a Luke warm milk add sugar and dry east and cover it
After 2 minutes open the lid pour it on maida and knead the dough
Make a smooth and soft dough
cover it with wet cloth and Keep aside for 45 minutes
After 45 minutes again knead the dough
Take a small size of ball
Roll it with rolling pin make a chapati size
Put the roasted Kabab on chapati and Roll It
Cut it into 1 inch sized small pieces
Set this all on baking tray
bake it on 150 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
Take it out from the oven and the baked kebab rolls are ready
